The trustees own the land and the building and are responsible for the following:

• Maintenance of the building
• Furniture and fittings
• Transport costs for day care patients
• Art and craft materials for day care activities
• Running and maintenance of the minibus
• Some catering costs
• Some medical equipment
• Office equipment and consumables
• Voluntary staff costs
• All capital costs
• Insurance for the building and contents, public and employer’s liability
