The trustees own the land and the building and are responsible for the following:
- Maintenance of the building
- Furniture and fittings
- Transport costs for day care patients
- Art and craft materials for day care activities
- Running and maintenance of the minibus
- Some catering costs
- Some medical equipment
- Office equipment and consumables
- Voluntary staff costs
- All capital costs
- Insurance for the building and contents, public and employer’s liability
